Meet the Founders
Zeeshan Momin, CPA
Founder and Managing Partner
Zeeshan has over 13 years of experience in bookkeeping, audit, tax, and financial services. Before founding momin & momin, Zeeshan worked at KPMG, a big four accounting firm, as a senior audit manager. He has experience in serving diverse range of fortune 500 clients in various industries including oil & gas, manufacturing, insurance, financial services, and multi-billion-dollar on-shore and off-shore hedge funds.
Zeeshan received a BBA in Accounting with a minor in Economics and a MS in Accounting from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. He is a CPA in State of Texas.
Razeeb Momin, CPA
Founder and Senior Partner
Razeeb has over 10 years of experience in audit, tax, financial reporting, and financial planning. Razeeb began his career in public accounting with PwC. He has worked with several large clients in various industries including oil & gas, manufacturing, wholesale & retail and not-for-profit. He has experience in preparing complex individual, partnerships, and corporation tax returns. He also has years of experience in internal audit, financial reporting and financial planning from Marathon Oil.
Razeeb received a BBA in Accounting with a minor in MIS and a Master in Accounting from the University of Texas, at Austin. He is a CPA in the state of Texas.
