These General Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Momin & Momin, PLLC (“we,” “our,” “us”), including but not limited to our accounting, tax preparation, advisory, and related professional services, whether delivered in person, via phone, email, SMS/MMS text messaging, or through our website. 

By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. 

  1. Scope of Services

We provide professional accounting, tax, and advisory services as described in our engagement agreements and service proposals. All services are performed in accordance with applicable professional standards and regulations. 

  1. Client Responsibilities

You agree to: 

  • Provide complete, accurate, and timely information necessary for us to perform services. 
  • Retain copies of all documents provided to and received from us. 
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with our services. 
  1. Fees and Payment
  • Fees for services will be outlined in the applicable engagement letter or service agreement. 
  • Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise specified. 
  • Late payments may incur interest at the maximum rate permitted by law. 
  1. Communication Methods

We may communicate with you via phone, email, SMS/MMS, postal mail, or secure client portals. By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications through these methods. Use of SMS/MMS is also governed by our [SMS Terms of Use]. 

  1. Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information you provide, except as required by law, to fulfill our professional obligations, or as authorized by you. 

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of our services shall be limited to the amount of fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. 

  1. No Legal or Investment Advice

Our services do not constitute legal or investment advice. You should consult with an attorney or investment advisor for those matters. 

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. 

  1. Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

The Binding Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver in our [SMS Terms of Use] is incorporated here by reference and applies to all disputes arising under these Terms. 

  1. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. 

  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any engagement letters or agreements specific to the services provided, constitute the entire agreement between you and Momin & Momin, PLLC
